the sessions and is able to watch, encourage and drive an individual

on two years now along with having trained with him on a 121 basis.
Being a qualified PT myself and working around a lot of PT’s in the
past, Ian has a quality of bringing the best out of each of his
clients be it collectively or 121. He is thoughtful and thorough in
his approach and produces great results regardless of what level of
fitness you have. His knowledge is second to none regarding all
aspects of training, nutrition and lifestyle. But most of all he is
an infectious character and is very much liked by everyone who
trains with him.
